We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Admin/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong organisation, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Content Coordinators weekly workflow, proofreading and editing posts, and working with clients to manage social media calendars across various software platforms.
  • They will also be required to respond to messages and comments on posts, provide exceptional community management, quality control, and feedback to the content team.
  • In addition, they will complete ad-hoc tasks from clients or ensure tasks are completed by the team, log team meetings, and book photoshoots with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Operations: The Admin/Marketing Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Content Coordinators, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task completion.
  • Social Media Management: They will work closely with clients to manage social media calendars, create engaging content, and maintain brand consistency across various platforms.
  • Customer Service: The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to messages and comments on posts, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Quality Control: They will review and approve all content before it goes live, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
