Job Title: Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a team in the development and operation of out-of-school programs and activities for young people at our Youth Justice Precinct.

The role involves managing Youth Engagement Officers to provide comprehensive programs and activities tailored to the cohorts' interests and cultural backgrounds. This includes planning and delivering programs that address the needs of young people, including those from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and program development to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Team management to ensure seamless execution of programs and activities.
  • Continuous improvement and review of policies, professional standards, and operating practices to meet the changing needs of young people.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in program management, youth engagement, and community development, with strong knowledge of current issues, trends, and techniques in the youth justice sector.
