Job Overview

The primary objective of the Systems Analyst position is to leverage existing documentation from loan origination SMEs and configure a business rules engine with the necessary rules and dynamic application form management process steps.

This role involves collaborating with the development team to provide feedback, ensuring testing is integrated into the development lifecycle (DevOps), and suggesting improvements for processes and tools to streamline future testing and deployment cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure the rules engine using bespoke rules definition interfaces according to bank SME analyst documentation.
  • Develop quality assurance plans, defining test standards specific to the banking environment.
  • Execute and report on functional, integration, system, and acceptance testing across banking systems.
  • Provide UAT support by ensuring the system behaves as expected in real-life scenarios.
  • Document testing processes, results, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Evidence of at least 3 years working with loan origination solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Availability for a contract role of 3-6 months.
Favorable Attributes
  • Fluency in Indonesian.
  • Experience with and knowledge of OutSystems platform.
