The RoleWe're seeking a dedicated and results-driven Store Manager to join our team at our Brooklyn location. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Store Consultants, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving centre performance in line with company values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of 1-2 Store Consultants, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Oversee operational excellence, managing centre operations, including centre presentation, maintenance, general administration duties, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on centre financial performance to the Operations Manager.
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the company's values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence.

- Demonstrated 1+ years' experience in a management or team leader position in a high-volume setting.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate situations.
- Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Effective communication skills and ability to foster a team-building environment.
- Motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Driver's license and car required.
- Forklift license desirable.
