Seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a part-time Distance Education Teacher. As a key member of the Distance Education Team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning programs to students nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs for allocated classes.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and implementation.
  • Establish and maintain a conducive learning environment.
  • Deliver quality teaching consistent with Australian Professional Standards for Teachers and relevant curriculum policies.
  • Maintain teaching competency and currency of knowledge in relevant curriculum areas.

Requirements:

  • Active Christian faith.
  • Relevant qualification and NESA accreditation or eligibility.
  • Capacity to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Excellent teaching skills as defined by Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  • Ability to receive feedback and implement improvements.
  • Effective planning, data analysis, and intervention strategies to improve student performance.
  • Current Employee Working With Children Check.
