About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Support Services team as a Fleet Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for the allocation of fleet vehicles, day-to-day fleet vehicle tasks, and car park activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate fleet vehicles to staff and visitors
  • Perform day-to-day fleet vehicle tasks, including maintenance and repairs
  • Manage car park activities, including parking and traffic flow
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors

Requirements

  • High-level communication and documentation skills
  • Well-developed IT and computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Good time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team culture
  • Current driver's license essential
