Role Overview

As a Casual Merchandiser for Asahi Lifestyle Beverages, you will play a crucial role in promoting and displaying our renowned non-alcoholic beverage brands.

Working Hours

Your shifts will typically commence at 9 AM on Wednesdays, lasting approximately 5 hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your Territory Manager to establish and enhance promotional displays.
  • Restock and organize products across various locations, including refrigerated sections.
  • Ensure accurate placement of pricing tickets, promotional signage, and everyday prices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to ensure optimal product representation.

Physical Requirements

Applicants should be physically capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 16kg regularly throughout the day, as large promotional setups will be part of the role.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated physical fitness and ability to handle lifting tasks.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt through training.
  • Competence in using an iPad or tablet for reporting purposes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Availability for additional hours during peak seasons is advantageous.

Essential Qualifications

  • A valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
