Forensic Mental Health Nursing Leader

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical nursing services in a forensic and secure environment.
Key responsibilities include operational management, human resource management, financial management, informatics, and after-hours nursing management.
- Demonstrated expertise in forensic mental health nursing and leadership skills, including data analysis, outcome evaluation, and service improvement.
- Effective management of human resources, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and staff placement.
- Strong financial literacy and knowledge of healthcare legislation and policies.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Forensic and Secure Services team.
- Coordinate and manage key functions, including human resource, material, and financial management, informatics, and after-hours nursing management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective clinical environment.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING PATIENTS, FAMILIES, CARERS, AND OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.
