About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished legal professional to join our dynamic and innovative team at WiseTech Global. As Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with and empowering our businesses to achieve our ambitious global goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive legal advice predominantly in global M&A and corporate matters.
  • Work alongside our expert business teams to execute on large global transactions and ensure smooth integrations.
  • Contribute to groundbreaking projects and expand your skillset in a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment.
  • Advise the business on novel legal issues facing our business, including in foreign jurisdictions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of post-admission experience, ideally with in-house legal expertise.
  • Exceptional business judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Significant depth of experience in corporate work, commercial negotiation, and contract drafting.
  • Current NSW practising certificate (or equivalent in another Australian jurisdiction).
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English is a bonus.
