About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our team in Occupational Rehabilitation. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case management and caseload management
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills
  • Delivering our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology registration with ESSA plus SIRA accreditation
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded
  • Fabulous communication skills
  • Compassion and kindness
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
