We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across designated regions.
  • Partner Engagement: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and regional leaders, providing guidance on best practices in recruitment and talent management.
  • Talent Sourcing: Design and execute sourcing plans to identify high-potential candidates and build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes, systems, and tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the organization at events and forums, promoting its unique value proposition to attract exceptional talent.
About You:
  • 5+ years' experience in internal or agency recruitment, preferably within professional or technical services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in using eRecruitment and Applicant Tracking Systems (such as JobAdder) and other sourcing platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
