Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Monitor residents for any changes in their health or behavior and report to the nursing staff.
- Ensure resident safety and follow all health and safety protocols.
- Assist residents with mobility and transferring.
- Serve meals and help residents with eating.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to apply safe manual handling practices.
- Able to use smartphone/tablet and learn new systems for work purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- 2 Recent Managerial Referees.
- Police Clearance.
- Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude.
