• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Height no taller than 183 cm
• Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate HLTAID011
• Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate completed within the last 5 years
• Have completed at least 12 years of secondary education in Australia, New Zealand or have worked in these countries for at least 6 months of the last 18 months
• Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card ASIC involving a police security check
• Passion for the role commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device swim assessment required
• Flexibility to work varying hours including during holidays peak periods
• High level of personal presentation
• Natural willingness to care for and please people
