Software Engineering Transformation

We are embarking on a significant engineering transformation with a key focus across full-stack design expertise, leveraging .NET and Next.js.

This role involves leading the design and technical strategy for flagship projects, delivering full-stack solutions with a strong focus on front-end development using Next.js or React, while also running the backend services using .NET and .NET Core.

Key responsibilities include demonstrating experience with coding, designing, and building business-driven payments solutions at scale and velocity, as well as guiding and mentoring engineers to scaffold the development of elegant, well-tested, and maintainable code and software solutions.

Requirements
  • Proven expertise in Full Stack engineering, driving major technical decisions in design and architecture.
  • Experience with coding, designing, and developing high-quality software solutions.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in AI coding assisting technologies such as Github CoPilot.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud native development in AWS.
  • Previous experience in the banking domain is advantageous.
Tech Skills
  • .NET Framework, MVC, Web API.
  • Front End: React.js, JavaScript Framework.
  • Expertise with Microservices, GraphQL API, Apollo GraphQL, and Restful API design patterns.
  • Databases: PostgreSQL.
  • DevOps and CI/CD: Github Actions.
