Ultrasound Applications Specialist Position

This role involves utilizing advanced ultrasound technologies to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in NSW.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and clinical expertise, with the ability to provide comprehensive product training and support trade shows and professional conferences.

  • Deliver expert-level product knowledge to customers through interactive demonstrations and hands-on training sessions.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies, leveraging market insights and product knowledge to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing targeted solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Promote products at trade shows and conferences, effectively communicating their value proposition to industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment, using this data to inform product development and improve overall customer experience.

Key qualifications for this position include:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current active professional clinical/technical certification/registry necessary to scan live patients in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic clinical scanning techniques on current products/platforms.
  • At least one of the following core experiences: minimum of 3 years clinical/technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas or at least 2 years commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high-level customer interactions and sales scenarios.
