Job Overview

This role is crucial to the success of our global sports fashion brand, with over 3,400 stores worldwide.

The Position

This position oversees store management and visual presentation to achieve profitable sales growth through staff development and implementation of company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and manage team performance driving results-oriented leadership
  • Train, mentor, and coach Team Members to achieve business objectives and succession planning ensuring knowledge transfer
  • Manage key financial metrics to drive growth on target consistently meeting expectations
  • Regularly visit stores to develop teams and ensure performance standards are met providing constructive feedback
  • Recruit and train management teams for future expansion developing talent within the organization
  • Lead visual set-up of new store openings and maintain visual representation across relevant stores enhancing customer experience
  • Manage customer service standards in-store delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Drive management teams to meet daily and weekly business KPIs fostering a culture of accountability
  • Manage priorities and responsibilities from all areas of the business escalating issues promptly when necessary
