Senior Veterinary Nurse Leader (Theatre Operations)

This role offers the opportunity to shape theatre operations, support growth and development of team members, and ensure exceptional patient care in a fast-paced multidisciplinary referral hospital.

  • Lead the future of surgical nursing practice
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the surgical nursing team
  • Manage daily workflow, staffing, and resources to optimize safe and efficient surgical services
  • Oversee theatre equipment, stock, and protocols to maintain compliance with health and safety standards
  • Support recruitment, induction, performance reviews, and professional development for the team
  • Participate in surgical procedures as required and provide advanced perioperative nursing care
