About The Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary between AUD 95,000 and AUD 115,000, providing both stability and opportunities for growth within our dynamic organization. As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the energy and utilities landscape by contributing to complex and innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with our team to develop and implement electrical estimating strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Work closely with our project managers to ensure accurate and timely estimates for high-profile projects.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in electrical estimating, and apply this knowledge to improve our estimating processes and procedures.

Requirements For This Role

  1. 2+ years of experience in electrical estimating within the construction/electrical industry.
  2. Relevant industry qualifications and licenses.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficient in MS Excel and industry-specific estimation software such as GroundPlan & Simpro.
  5. Positive attitude and strong drive for career growth.
  6. Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  7. Professional accreditation or membership with industry-related bodies.
  8. Additional courses or training in electrical estimation processes.
