We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Omega Medical. As a result of high demand and growth within the Allied Health sector, this is an exciting opportunity to work with clients in Adelaide, South Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement patient care plans, assessing and evaluating progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Educate and train clients and carers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the growth and development of our Allied Health team.
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in innovative program planning, implementation, and evaluation, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
