Ambitious and driven individuals are required to join our team as Trolley Collection Drivers.

About the Role:

Trolley Collection Drivers play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-maintained and our customers have an excellent shopping experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting trolleys from car parks and surrounding streets using a vehicle, pushing trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle, collecting trolleys left in and around the store and returning them to the trolley bays, and carrying out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting trolleys from designated areas and transporting them to the trolley collection vehicle.
  • Pushing trolleys up a ramp onto the trolley collection vehicle and securing them for transport.
  • Inspecting the vehicle before use and reporting any defects or issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Carrying out all pre-start and handover routines for the vehicle, including checking the tire pressure, oil levels, and brakes.
  • Familiarizing yourself with safety procedures and protocols related to vehicle operation and trolley collection.
Requirements:
  • Australian drivers license or Provisional P2 drivers license (Green P Plates) is essential.
  • Physical fitness is crucial for this role.
  • Ambitious mindset and love of retail is a must.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 4pm is required.
