As a Christmas Festive Sales Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for charismatic and cheerful individuals to join us this season to make Christmas 2024 sparkle. Whether it's decorating a Christmas Tree, hanging a welcoming wreath on the front door, or setting a Christmas table that is merry, festive, and fun, you can help our customers add a joyful touch to every corner of their home. Immerse yourself in our fairytale Christmas displays and be inspired by the beautiful décor and decorations as you add something special to our customers' Christmas, and your own.

Our stores in the Mornington Peninsula suburbs offer a unique shopping experience, and we are seeking sales assistants who can provide excellent customer service, work well in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about beautiful homewares and all things Christmas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
  • Work effectively in a team to achieve sales targets and store goals
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and promotions
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, including creating engaging displays and arranging products in an attractive manner
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless point-of-sale experience

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $25-$30 per hour, based on experience
  • A 30% discount on full-price items and an additional 15% off reduced items from Day 1
