We are seeking a skilled Indoor Plants Horticultural Specialist to join our team at Ambius, part of Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of indoor plants, ensuring they remain healthy and visually appealing.

About the Role

As an Indoor Plants Horticultural Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including offices, restaurants, and other commercial establishments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Care and maintenance of indoor plants, including watering, fertilizing, cleaning, and pruning
  • Installing and uninstalling plants on client premises
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks
  • Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met

You will be working independently, but as part of a larger team, so excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about plants, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining high standards of plant care and presentation
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and timely service
  • Working safely and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate records of plant care and maintenance activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid manual Australian driver's license
  • Prior experience in courier or removals delivery in the Sydney area (advantageous)
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to be productive and plan optimized routes for daily installations and workload
  • Attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction
