- Provide technical leadership to the maintenance team, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability for their actions.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to deliver efficient service and minimize downtime.
- Trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 4 years)
- Proven track record of leading a team and driving results
- Electrical license (an asset)
- Forklift license (an asset)
