Key Responsibilities

As a Credit Analyst at Randstad, you will be responsible for critically evaluating business financials for credit assessment, using sophisticated credit models to credit score applicants and clients, and working closely with clients and commercial staff to assess risk and credit actions.

Key Tasks:

  • Evaluate business financials for credit assessment, including inventory finance, floor plan finance, and distribution finance
  • Use credit models to credit score business applicants and clients for credit facilities
  • Work with clients and commercial staff to assess risk and credit actions
  • Advise on and support ad hoc credit and risk queries from the Risk Committee
  • Grow and develop under leading Risk Professionals, including the Head of Credit and Risk Committee Members
  • Support and complete hindsight assessments to company policies and procedures
  • Enable the group to comply with external risk and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Report to the Head of Credit and the Risk Committee
  • Communicate directly with clients, including site visits
  • Use a CRM System to maximize customer experience through credit
  • Assess in-life credit requests, including increases, security changes, and priority negotiations
