About the Role

As a qualified Spray Painter, you will be responsible for:

  • Mixing and matching colours for vehicles
  • Maintaining a colour library
  • Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles according to job sheets and supplier processes
  • Buffing and denibbing vehicles
  • Handling vehicles with care and attention
  • Reporting any extra paint work or damage to the production manager
  • Cleaning work bays and workshop areas

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trade qualification in Spray Painting
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a trade-qualified Spray Painter
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with the team and meet deadlines
