Optical Dispenser Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Optical Dispenser to join our team at National Pharmacies. As an Optical Dispenser, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice and solutions for their optical needs.
  • Ensure our optical stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked, creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
  • Casual Optical Dispensers are able to work across multiple locations.

Requirements:

  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
  • A methodical approach and attention to detail.
  • A flair for fashion and helping customers choose a frame that suits them.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • The ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, a committed team.
  • Willingness to continue to learn about the products and services offered by Optical by National Pharmacies.
