Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong foundation in manufacturing, preferably in dairy manufacturing, with at least 5+ years in production management.
  • Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Lean Manufacturing methodologies, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, inspiring and enabling high-performance teams.
