Senior Mental Health Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and deliver high-quality mental health and wellbeing advice and services to our members, customers and clients.
The successful candidate will perform high-level commercial consulting services including the design and delivery of evidence-based assessments and interventions to record, identify, monitor, and reduce psychological risks and improve workplace wellbeing.
This role requires an expert understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks, as well as a commercial mindset and a desire to improve psychological safety and workplace wellbeing.
">Key Skills and Qualifications">- ">
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.">
- Experience consulting to organisations in mental health and wellbeing, psychological risk management, workplace psychology and related fields.">
- A passion to create mentally healthy workplaces and support psychological safety.">
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation including the emerging framework concerning psychological risks, case law and broader mental health and wellbeing matters.">
- An ability to communicate and present to senior stakeholders with passion, confidence, and credibility.">
- Proven ability to identify key WHS issues and demonstrate experience with presenting appropriate resolution options and associated risks.">
- Demonstrated ability to actively seek and secure business opportunities.">
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify, interpret and discuss complex issues; in a way that is easy to understand.">
- Ability to develop and deliver professional programs and formal documents.">
