Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $180,000 per annum, including superannuation and a 15% STI bonus.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department heads to drive financial performance through commercial analysis and cost management.
  • Budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation of costs to ensure transparency and alignment with budget targets.
  • Implementation of systems and processes to support commercial analysis and reduce administrative tasks.
  • Month-end activities, including accruals, re-allocation, valuation, entries, review, and reporting.
  • Cost allocation and compliance with taxation, regulatory, and accounting standards.
  • Analyzing store and production physicals and assisting with asset capitalisation, verification, and disposal.
  • Supporting annual budget and periodic forecasting.
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified (or still in completion)
  • Experience in business partnering
  • Significant management accounting or commercial experience
  • A natural problem solver with strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
