Job Title: Electrical Instrumentation Expert

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Instrumentation Expert to lead our electrical, instrumentation and control design scope. This role involves coordination of primary & secondary systems, station SCADA, station electrical services, ICT.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery of the electrical, instrumentation and control design scope with expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Coordination of primary & secondary systems, station SCADA, station electrical services, ICT with strong technical knowledge.
  • Manage and mentor 2-3 direct reports with excellent leadership skills.
  • HV Substation / HVDC converter station design experience is essential for this role.
Qualifications
  • A Design/Engineering manager skillset with substation / converter design experience preferred.
  • Strong coordination skills with ability to work in complex environments.
  • High Voltage Substation / Transmission experience across AC and DC systems.
  • Australian (Victorian / Tasmanian) transmission market experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills in complex and changing environments.
