Warehouse Operative Role

The Warehouse Operative plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless handling of highly regulated products. This position requires a high standard of attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

This entails receiving stock, selecting and preparing goods for dispatch, loading and unloading vehicles, as well as adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and conducting general warehousing duties.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment, with high levels of communication and teamwork skills.

Additional responsibilities include adhering to work health and safety protocols, accurate reading and numeracy skills, and being reliable and punctual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving stock and preparing goods for dispatch
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures
  • Conducting general warehousing duties
  • Working within and complying with occupational health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • High levels of communication and teamwork skills
  • Accurate reading and numeracy skills
  • Reliable and punctual

Working Conditions:

  • Manual labour including bending, twisting, lifting and pushing up to 20kg without assistance
