Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a beautiful Rosebay location.

The successful candidate will work in our 4-5 year old room on a rotating shift Monday-Friday, leading a maximum of 16 children in the preschool class.

You will be responsible for programming and planning a preschool curriculum with a combination of spontaneous and planned experiences in a newly renovated outdoor environment and well-designed indoor classroom, art studio using digital, natural and creative resources.

Working collaboratively with all educators, you will develop partnerships with families and guide, observe and track children's learning and development.

Some of your main duties will include:

  • Implementing an emergent curriculum for 3-5 year olds, focusing on creative arts, nature play and community engagement.
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive children's developmental records.
  • Providing high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

As a qualified ECT, you will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
