STEM Coordinator

The STEM Coordinator will play a key role in advancing the College's Vision, Values, and School Improvement priorities, particularly in the areas of STEM education. This full-time position will commence in January 2025 and will be a member of the College Leadership Team.

• Oversee teachers in Mathematics, Science, and Technology, providing support and direction to advance student learning outcomes.
• Teach a number of STEM-related classes, providing challenging, stimulating, and well-organised lessons.
• Contribute to whole-of-College initiatives, including instructional coaching, STEM enrichment, and data analysis.

• Ideal qualifications include teaching Science or Mathematics.
• Ability to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
• Excellent teaching skills, as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
• Leadership skills, including strategy, collaboration, and positive relationships.
• Ability to plan, collect, and analyse educational data, and devise strategies to improve student outcomes.
• Active Christian faith, suitable tertiary qualifications, and NESA accreditation (or eligibility).
