Early Childhood Education Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team. As an expert in early childhood education, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing tailored learning experiences that cater to the unique needs and interests of every child.

Our centre is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment that fosters meaningful relationships between children, educators, and families. We believe in the importance of continuity of care and individualized growth, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the diverse needs of children
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
