We are seeking a caring and patient individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker and Personal Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and care to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and communication.
  • Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each participant.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to Conexson's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
  • Blue Card preferred
  • Certificate 3 in Disability/Individual Support or equivalent
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Driver's license and reliable transport
  • Fully COVID vaccinated including Booster as per QLD Health Regulations
  • Flu Vaccination
  • Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Cert., etc.)
  • Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience
What We Offer:
  • 20 to 40 hours per week
  • Weekly salary ranging from $800 to $2,000
  • Weekdays - $30 per hour
  • Saturdays - $41.42 per hour
  • Sundays - $53.26 per hour
  • Public Holidays - $65.09 per hour
