Role Overview

The School is seeking a senior academic leader to design and deliver a high-quality, future-focused curriculum across Years 7–12.

This is a three-year leadership position with an ongoing teaching appointment, based at the Ridgeway Campus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum framework that aligns with educational standards.
  • Embed evidence-informed teaching practices across campuses to drive excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Ensure consistency in assessment, reporting, and learning management systems to support teaching and learning excellence.
  • Maintain rigorous metrics for student achievement while ensuring compliance with educational regulations.
  • Use data and quality assurance processes to monitor progress, evaluate impact, and enhance outcomes for all learners.
  • Promote the School's academic vision through representation in forums and collaboration with external partners.

  • A highly reflective educator with expertise in leading curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in pedagogy and staff development, with current VIT registration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and foster collaboration across campuses.
