Key Role: Onboarding and Support Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the onboarding process for new clients, managing a team of support specialists, and ensuring seamless delivery of projects. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Onboarding and Support Manager will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, from scoping and planning through to configuration, training, and go-live. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing tailored system configurations and workflows based on customer requirements
  • Managing project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure timely delivery
  • Mentoring and supporting the customer support team, including performance reviews, coaching, and workload management
  • Establishing and monitoring SLAs and KPIs across implementation and support functions
  • Identifying recurring issues and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to recommend fixes and improvements
  • Creating and maintaining a library of training materials, process documentation, and support resources

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation and supportProven track record of managing and developing a support team, including coaching and performance managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvementHands-on experience with ticketing and CRM platformsHighly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving SaaS environmentCollaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business growth
