Job Overview
\helpers we are seeking a skilled civil construction labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.\Key Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the installation and maintenance of stormwater treatment systems\
- Working on various civil construction projects including earthworks, excavation, and concreting\
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives\
- Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all safety protocols\
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client inquiries\
- Performing other tasks as required by management\

- Requiring minimum 2 years industry experience, practical hands-on experience in steel fixing and concrete finishing, and the ability to deliver quality service with a keen client focus\
- Being flexible to work overtime and weekends if required, able to travel to regional areas if required, and able to pass a pre-employment medical and regular on-site fit for work drug and alcohol testing\
- Must hold full Australian working rights\
