Role Overview

We are seeking a casual team member to join our retail sales team. As a Tarocash team member, you will be passionate about menswear and providing an exceptional customer experience to each and every customer.

You will have retail experience with a desire to exceed sales and KPI targets, and a can-do attitude that thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store displays to achieve maximum impact.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and operating the EFTPOS system.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by Tarocash and RAG Brands.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.

Estimated Salary
