About the JobThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail. As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all Food & Beverage production areas, setting up and clearing buffets and functions with precision, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in Food & Beverage production areas
- Set up and clear buffets and functions efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage tasks effectively during peak times
- Australian Food Safety Certificate or willingness to obtain at onboarding
- Knowledge of HACCP and WH&S safety standards
- Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including public holidays and weekends
- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness
