Job Description:

The Retail and Trade Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of retail specialists to deliver exceptional customer service, create lasting impressions, and foster meaningful relationships with customers, team members, and the local community.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of retail and trade specialists to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure operational standards are met, maintained, and exceeded by implementing effective processes and procedures.
  • Motivate and support team members to reach their full potential by providing guidance, training, and resources.
  • Provide genuine service that creates lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Serve as brand ambassadors with strong community, team, and customer connections.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment for themselves, team members, and customers.

Requirements:
  • Be a passionate customer service expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivate team members to shine, develop, and succeed by providing guidance and support.
  • Have store operations management experience and success leading and engaging a team.
  • Experience within a dual format sales environment, trade product, or multi-network operation.
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's license (manual preferred).
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products.
