As a key member of the HR team, you will provide end-to-end HR and Employment/Industrial Relations expertise to support the company's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to provide guidance on legislative and policy changes, systems, and key people management issues.
- Support the business with key HR processes and initiatives in talent management, employee engagement and retention, performance management, and policy review.
- Provide specialist advice on employment laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Support the development of current policies and procedures aligned to best practice within a human resource setting.
- Assist with key projects within the HR team to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent/related discipline.
- At least 6 years of demonstrated experience working in an HR Advisory capacity with strong practical and technical grounding.
- Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Suite, HRIS, Oracle HR & Compensation, Payroll, eLearning, and SharePoint.
- Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Manufacturing is highly regarded.
- Well-developed time management, interpersonal, and written skills to carry out projects across teams and liaise with a range of employees.
