This role involves providing Exercise Physiology services to older adults attending our centre-based programs. You will be responsible for assessing and delivering evidence-based exercise programs and providing health education to customers funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).

You will work as an integral part of our innovative multidisciplinary team, with a strong emphasis on enhancing client wellbeing. Your primary focus will be on providing EP services, including both individual and group-based modes of delivery.
