Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team as a Field Service Representative. As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing gas boilers and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair gas boilers and heating systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work independently in a field-based environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • ACS Core & Boilers certification (CCN1 and CEN1)
  • Able to use a multi-meter
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous Faultfinding or Breakdown experience (ideally 2+ years)
  • Experience working with boiler manufacturers such as Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Viessmann, Baxi, Ideal Boilers, Glow-worm, Potterton, Alpha Heating, etc.
