Enterprise Risk Manager and General Counsel

Leadership Role
This is a challenging leadership position that requires the Chief Risk Officer and Legal Services Manager to lead risk management, legal services and strategic decision-making. The role ensures compliance, mitigates risks and drives organisational success to improve lives.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise risk management, general insurance and legal services.
- Advise on risk assessment, mitigation and strategic decision-making.
- Guide executives to align initiatives with the board's risk appetite.
- Provide high-level legal advice to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Build partnerships to support growth, including healthcare precincts.
Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in risk management and/or experience in managing an enterprise risk management framework within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience acting as a change agent to drive innovation and build positive behaviours around risk and legal services.
- Demonstrated superior analytical skills and risk management expertise to provide timely, informed and strategic advice to senior executives.
- Understanding of how complex legal issues impact operational environments.
