As a key player in shaping our global brand, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving brand templates, style guides, and image libraries. This involves crafting compelling content for internal and external communications, supporting global campaigns, events, and crisis communications.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing digital presence by overseeing intranet and website content, collaborating with regional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver consistent communications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and evolve brand templates, style guides, and image libraries.
  • Craft compelling content for internal and external communications.
  • Support global campaigns, events, and crisis communications.
  • Manage digital presence by overseeing intranet and website content.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver consistent communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a background in corporate communications, ideally within a large or global company. A degree in communications, marketing, or business is also required. You should be confident writing and editing content for different audiences and have experience with tools like CMS platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, and VIMEO. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage shifting priorities and time zones are essential.
