About the Role

Datacom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Presales and Enablement to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for empowering our sales teams with training and resources, managing bids and proposals, and overseeing pricing strategies to ensure competitive offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bid and winning strategies in collaboration with Business Development Executives.
  • Assemble and lead pursuit teams, liaising with service line leaders, sales teams, and legal teams as needed.
  • Provide support during the sales process and help craft compelling value propositions.
  • Ensure proposals comply with quality standards and adhere to submission guidelines.
  • Manage the submission process and handle post-submission activities.
  • Track and measure sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
