Project Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project engineer to join our team. This role involves coordinating technical activities on assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating non-process infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop designs, drawings, plans, specifications, schedules, and reports for projects, engineered systems, technical equipment, or components.
  2. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  3. Review drawings to ensure compliance with client specifications and address design issues proactively.
  4. Resolve technical queries with clients, suppliers, consultants, and contractors.
  5. Coordinate activities with stakeholders to streamline projects and maintain schedule integrity.
  6. Contribute to estimating, scoping, and preparing variation quotations.
  7. Prepare project-specific inspection and test plans.
  8. Prioritize safety by following company policies and participating in safety initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing software is advantageous.
  • Experience working on multi-discipline projects is preferred.
  • Registered Engineer or Technician is highly desirable.
