Key Cloud Program Manager Role

This leadership position oversees the management of cloud services, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will serve as a program manager and relationship owner for assigned cloud accounts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations to avoid escalations and lead escalation management until issues are resolved.
  • Identify short and long-term strategies to assist in customer growth and objectives.
  • Regular discussions with customers to address concerns regarding service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong client focus - ability to operate at a senior manager level.
  • Proven project management skills with demonstrated experience in a consulting environment.
  • Conversant in cloud technology and data center deployment.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline is preferred. ITIL certification is also desirable but not required.
