Senior Underground Mining Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Shift Engineer with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
The successful candidate will report to the Trade Coordinator and be responsible for supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative SHMS requirements, and meeting quality production and environmental requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising teams of tradespersons and ensuring effective use of equipment;
- Complying with Safety Health Management System, Coal Mining Legislation, Engineering Standards;
- Contributing to maintenance strategies to minimise engineering costs and maximise equipment availability;
- Maintaining a strong attendance record and adhering to site procedures and instructions.
This role requires a high level of organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
